Job Description

  • Document Control and Management
    • Key user of ADMS (Andritz document management system): main contact for any support requests from end user. Rollout the system for new projects (provide training for end users). Set up new project in ADMS.
    • Create document transmittals to customer/vendors, monitor what’s been sent and what not
    • Create and update drawing and other document lists
    • Maintain drawings and other documents in the document management system to keep the system up to date
    • Set up and maintain SharePoint sites for projects to support document exchange and project collaboration
    • Support projects in document identification and WBS numbering (key user of the documents identification concept in KRP US)
    • Key user of the old document management system (Adept): add, update, export, search documents, create drawing lists 

 

  • Quality Documentation
    • Review and gather documentation for the ASME/NBIC data packages, fill out required forms, compile the documents and send them out in accordance with the project schedule

 

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals
    • Gather, review and compile the documents for O&M manual

 

  • Act as a link to Finland in document management and project management related practicesOther tasks:
    • Staples orders, office supplies
    • Organizing meetings, lunches
    • Mail, shipping
    • Ad-hoc print/scan requests

Job Requirements

Desired Tools:

Document management (ADMS, Adept), AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SharePoint, SAP is a plus
