Major responsibilities are listed but not limited to the following duties:

  • Development of the service strategy in the territory, annual planning and budgeting in cooperation with global service team and local management
  • Responsible of all service operations in the territory
  • Responsible for matching customer needs and Service offering in the territory
  • Responsible for customer relations management for sites in the territory
  • Managing the delivery of service offering in the territory
  • Handle customer complaints, questions, and concerns in the territory
  • Service involvement in capital sales process
  • Service involvement in capital delivery process
  • Management of the installed base data in the territory
  • Ensure trained and competent service and back-office team
  • Reports to Division General Manager and VP Services KNW Division

Commercial Duties:

  • Promote, market and sell services to external customers
  • Responsible for service sales volume, market share and gross margin in the territory
  • Participation to contract negotiations and customer meetings and customer visits

Profil requis

  •  Proven ability to lead and motivate service teams
  • Experience in service operations, customer support, spare part operations and field service management
  • Good knowledge of service business in industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sales oriented attitude, with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in developing customer-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions and services
  • Financial acumen (i.e budgeting, reporting and forecasting)
  • English is must. Spanish, French and/or German is benefit.
  • B.Sc., M.Sc. or Eq.
