Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person
  • Prepare, key in, and edit correspondence, presentations, brochures, and related material
  • Manage office supplies and refreshments, company vehicles, petty cash, and office mail
  • Manage cleaners (schedule and supplies)
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Assist Project Management; submit transmittals to customers; track and log responses
  • Assist Sales department with proposal preparation and bid documents
  • Ship and track packages
  • Make travel reservations and prepare expense reports in Concur
  • Arrange lunch, organize conferences and company events
  • Other duties as necessary

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum completion of high school diploma.

  • Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
  • At least two years of related experience.
