Job Description

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

  • Provide direct support to existing and prospective customers (including parts and reconditioning services) to ensure growth targets are achieved.
  • Provide customer with accurate timely quotations
  • Enter sales orders and follow to delivery
  • Update customer records and contact information as required
  • Maintain excellent customer working relationships
  • Resolve customer issues quickly in a professional demeanor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Creates and maintains customer orders
  • Handling rush and overnight orders efficiently working with our shipping department

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum one year Customer Service experience with demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Display positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and proactive and reliable Team Member
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills with strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to read drawings – beneficial (will train)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • SAP experience a plus
  • 4 Year Degree
