Job Description

  • Managing the daily business in Blenheim, Ontario Canada including sales, product development, production, logistics and finance
  • Developing and implementing short and long term business plan for ANBO products and services in support of the strategic plans of Andritz Feed & Biofuel Technologies NA and Global
  • P/L Responsibility for ANBO Inc.
  • Responsible for HSE compliance of employees and site
  • Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and reports as required both for NA and Global management
  • Primary interface for ANBO Inc. with Andritz NA and Global F&B and responsible for all reporting required
  • Leading and motivating the regional team to ensure high performance

Job Requirements

  • Plus 10yrs of relevant Regional/General Manager experience
  • Experience in direct management of sales, production and administrative personnel
  • Experience in market, customer and competitors mapping and development and implementation of sales strategies. Track record and proven background in business development and sales.
  • Knowledge of pellet mill equipment and markets
  • High focus on talent development and building a people pipeline
  • Networking both internally as well as with external stakeholders in the relevant industries
  • Experience in project management (planning, negotiation with suppliers, cost control and management on site )
  • Customer service orientation
  • Substantial international business
  • Ability to travel domestically and international
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
