Job Description

  • Alignment of project schedule and project execution plans;
  • Interfacing with Project team, construction management and business personnel in developing and interpreting information;
  • Provide support for developing and maintaining Project schedules for the Project Team;
  • Provide support with ensuring proper integration of all Project schedules (L1 to L4);
  • Manage schedule data in preparation of impact analysis of delays and accelerations managed by the senior Schedulers;
  • Defining the critical and sub-critical path activities, communicating them to the Project Team;
  • Participate in collecting progress updates, applying progress to schedules, re-forecasting resource requirements and achievement of milestones;
  • Liaise with EVM (earned value management) specialists for proper integration of schedule progress and EVM metrics;
  • Ensuring that all Schedules and Planning databases are aligned;
  • Ensuring that best practices and standards are applied to the process of schedule update and report.

Job Requirements



  • Pursuing a bachelor degree in Engineering or Administration with minimum of (1) year of scheduling experience in an enterprise application (Primavera 6);
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, lead;
  • Good analytics skills to evaluate complex data sets and resolve issues;
  • Ability to clearly communicate, and simplify, explain variances and issues to a team and propose solutions.

An asset:

  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Experience in developing /maintaining schedules industrial/construction projects;
  • Experience working in Excel and Access databases.
