Job Description

  • Provide recruiting support to all North American business units by creating requisitions in the ATS system and reviewing applicants
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers for selected short list of candidates
  • Creating LinkedIn searches for open requisitions to make contact with prospective candidates
  • Responsible for pipelining candidates for specific openings and create monthly newsletter to inform prospective candidates of current Andritz openings
  • Create CareerBuilder Searches for open requisitions and monitor daily saved searches for prospective candidates
  • Assisting with initial phone screen and creating candidate profile to send to hiring manager
  • Assisting with professional reference checks on final round of candidates before offer is made based on hiring manager’s request
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Service excellence through partnerships with the hiring manager and HR partners
  • Reports to Recruitment Manager to understand priorities and focus to service business
  • Assists in documenting processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience recruiting in corporate or agency environment
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and Professional Social Media
  • Outside the box thinker, able to multitask and be resourceful
  • Must enjoy working with internal/external clients and have strong customer service skills
