Job Description

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

• Developing complete workscope for rebuild / refurbishment of equipment

• Creating equipment Routings and Bills of Material to shop floor

• Attend and be interactive during shop floor board meetings

• Create budgetary estimates and formal proposals

• Finalize customer proposals based on workscope development

• Coordinate between purchasing and manufacturing for an on-time and as budgeted delivery

• Analyze project costs and suggest improvements

• Proactively communicate with customers throughout project

• Provide customer with job updates on established or agreed intervals

• Create post repair reports within 1-2 weeks of project shipment.

• Assist Customer Service in estimating Project Costs for Sales

Job Requirements

• Strong people, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.

• Excellent typing skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word

• AutoCAD familiarity preferred, but not required

• SAP experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with MS Windows

• Project coordination experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
