Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the technical management and the decisions it is for the lubrication issue, predictive and CMMS of the contract;
  • Ensure the strategic SPC compliance (Reliability Centered Maintenance) within the maintenance cycle;
  • Keep updated the equipment critical;
  • Assess the cost/benefit of all new diagnostic technologies;
  • Implement, improve and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance plans in the software;
  • Evaluate the performance reports of asset management;
  • Monitor the main indicators of maintenance (KPIs);
  • Work in collaboration with the Maintenance and Operations team in carrying RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and improving asset management;
  • Identify opportunities and prioritize improvement efforts;
  • Apply FEMEA in equipment and facilities FEMEA;
  • Determine and analyze the causes of losses and establish plans of preventive and corrective actions, making follow-up;
  • Measure and monitor performance parameters of processes, products and services;
  • Create processes and projects database, search technology and standards and legislation;
  • Designing products and processes and generate prototypes;
  • Validate methods, processes and products and document technical memory methods, processes and products;
  • Propose changes to inspect equipment and facilities;
  • Issue reports and technical advice;
  • Document technical memory methods, processes and products;
  • Monitor technical expertise;
  • Develop manual for additional procedures;
  • Train maintenance teams in new procedures/ reliability tools whenever necessary
