Job Description

Overall responsibility for managing and coordinating WLP sales projects, both technically and commercially. This includes performing or coordinating equipment dimensioning, quotation preparation, pricing and customer interface for white liquor plant proposals

 Performing as white liquor plant sales team leader for multi product line proposals.

  • Customer interface for proposal work
  • Perform or coordinate WLP proposal process engineering, dimensioning and quotation preparation
  • Overall responsibility for quotation pricing
  • Internal and external interfacing
  • Assigned marketing duties
  • Travel in North America for customer meetings as well as overseas travel for internal training and meetings

Job Requirements

Education

  • Engineering degree in Pulp & Paper sciences, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering or equivalent

 Experience

  • Good knowledge of white liquor plant theory and unit operations
  • Two to five years of operational experience with some of it at white liquor plant or equal strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of pulp mill recovery cycle

 

Previous sales experience is not a requirement; however right customer-oriented and self-driven attitude and being organized is.
