Job Description

  • Building and Managing ANBO inside sales organization
  • Responsible for ANBO Sales globally
  • Managing and further developing ANBO Sales in NA and LA by working with Andritz F&B NA Regional Manager and sales teams and developing the overall sales strategy for the regions based on SWOT analysis on market, customers and competitors and define further development quantitative targets.
  • Preparing annual sales budgets, forecasts and reports as required
  • Developing and producing sales, training and marketing materials for ANBO products and solutions
  • Training sales teams, reps and agents
  • Travelling with sales teams, reps and agents and managing sales opportunities when required
  • Leading and motivating the regional team to ensure high performance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of technical sales and leadership experience in technical sales of aftermarket products and services for pellet mills into appropriate industries - animal and aqua feed producers, pet food producers, oilseed processing companies, sugar mills or ethanol producers.
  • Experience in market, customer, competitors mapping, development, and implementation of sales strategies. Track record and proven background in business development and sales.
  • Knowledge of general pelleting systems and equipment and installed base
  • Willingness to travel extensively in globally, but with primary focus in NA, LA and Europe
  • Networking both internally as well as with external stakeholders in the relevant industries
  • Experience in leading and negotiating with agents
  • Experience in negotiations with customers
  • Track record and proven background in business development
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and usage of CRM and ERP tools
