Job Description


  • Responsible for the overall staffing process for assigned open positions;
  • Work closely with managers to ensure that job requirements and expectations are clearly defined;
  • Recommend and implement research strategies to identify the best candidates;
  • Develop job descriptions, post positions, select candidates, and conduct telephone screens;
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers;
  • Keep up to date with the latest recruitment methods;
  • Manage the candidate database in the applicant tracking system (ATS) – CareerBuilder;
  • Participate in the salary recommendation process;
  • Regularly inform employees of vacancies and promote the referral program.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations or related field;
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a related industry;
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Extensive network and relevant contacts in the industry;
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Autonomous, dynamic, team player;
  • Bilingualism - French and English.
